National Harbor, November 10, 2018 at 5:30 pm. This day-long ceremony features photos with Santa from 12 pm-2 pm, holiday music, at 4:45 pm you can watch a holiday movie “Frosty’s Winter Wonderland” and at 5:30 pm the tree lighting and fireworks will take place.
Tyson’s Corner, November 15, 2018 at 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Join Tysons Corner Center, Lance Bass from *NSYNC, 97.1- WASH-FM’s Chili & Toby, Chief Meteorologist Bill Kelly, and Tysons very own Santa Claus as they light the tree, followed by a very special holiday performances by the The Kintz-Mejia Academy of Ballet, The District, The Shiloh Baptist Church Choir, and Mahi Gudi.
City of Alexandria, November 23, 2018 at 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Light up the holiday season with Alexandria’s annual tree lighting. The event will begin with a welcome by the Town Crier and remarks from Mayor Allison Silberberg, followed by a performance by Santa’s Frosty Follies from the Metropolitan Fine Arts Center, and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
U.S. Capitol, December 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm, the tree will be lit each night from nightfall-11:00 pm until January 1, 2019.
